Barbour x Norse ProjectsThis AW20 Barbour have joined with Danish tastemakers Norse Projects to create a capsule collection that seamlessly merges Barbour's rich heritage and waxed craftsmanship with Norse Projects' signature Scandinavian minimalist aesthetic. The collaboration features archive inspired outerwear styles, heavyweight knitwear and soft cotton jerseys alongside functional accessories and footwear.
To mark the release of the Barbour x Norse Projects capsule, HIP ventured to Marsden Bay, South Shields - a stretch of coast in the North East of England notorious in historic times for shipwrecks and ever changing landscape to showcase the collection in the raw elements it was made for. The location of South Shields directly connects to Barbour's history as the place where it all began in 1894 when founder John Barbour started supplying the growing local community of sailors, fishermen and dockers with oilskins and other garments for everyday wear.
The Barbour x Norse Projects AW20 collection is coming soon to HIP.
