Draw Pre-Authorisation Terms & Conditions

You can enter HIP draws by logging in to the HIP website and entering your date of birth, preferred size, valid payment details, preferred delivery method (please note delivery times are calculated from the launch date) and a valid delivery address and postcode on a specific draw page before the outlined end time and date.

Once you have submitted your details, we will place a hold on your payment card for the price listed on the specific draw you are entering, plus the applicable delivery fees for the three days prior to the draw. Payment will be taken automatically if you win the draw. Please refer to the specific draw page for start and end dates and timings.

Entrants must be 18 or over.

Registration details cannot be amended after entry. These details will be used if you win the draw.

Only one entry per household.

Winning customers will only receive the product if we are able to process payment using the details provided.

Draw Terms and Conditions

By taking part in our draws you accept and agree to these Draw Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the Draw Terms and Conditions, then you should not take part in the draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the Draw Terms and Conditions before entering the raffle. We, JD Sports Fashion plc t/a HIP ("HIP"), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. HIP is the promoter of this promotion.

What can you win?

Winners will each win a chance to purchase the product being raffled (the “Chance to Purchase”).

The Chance to Purchase is subject to availability (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Chance to Purchase may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Chance to Purchase is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. HIP has been able to contact winners and has been able to confirm eligibility) and validity of the entry details (including HIP’s ability to process payment). HIP has the right to change, alter or withdraw the draw at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of HIP. HIP shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the draw.

Who can Enter?

Our raffles are available to entrants who are 18 or over with a registered HIP account on the HIP app and a valid address and postcode. If we are unable to verify any of your details, your entry will be void. Entrants must have access to the internet. Internet service providers' fees may apply when accessing the internet. Entries are limited to one customer per household. Entrants must not attempt to enter the raffle via more than one HIP account. If more than one entry from a household and/or customer is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No purchase necessary to enter. Payment will only be taken if the customer is a winner.

HIP reserves the right to ask the winners to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the HIP group (www.jdplc.com/our-group), or anyone else professionally connected with this raffle are not eligible to enter the raffle. HIP reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. HIP will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

How to Enter

Step 1: Log in to the HIP launches website (www.launches.thehipstore.co.uk).

Step 2: Locate the raffle page for the product being raffled.

Step 3: Enter your date of birth, preferred size, valid payment details, preferred delivery method (please note delivery times are calculated from the launch date) and a valid delivery address and postcode before the raffle ends. We cannot amend your details after entry.

Step 4: A pre-authorisation hold for the specified amount plus the applicable delivery fees will be placed on your payment card. We will only take payment if you are selected.

Step 5: If you are selected, we will process the payment and send you an email after the raffle has ended and been processed confirming that you have won the Chance to Purchase.

Step 6: Sit back and wait for your raffled product to arrive. The Item will be delivered using the delivery method selected at entry.

Closing Times

Any entries received after the specified end date outlined on the raffle page will not be valid.

How are Winners Selected?

Winners will be selected at random based on the sizes available. The decision of HIP is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winners will be notified via email once the raffle has ended and been processed.

Unsuccessful Entries

Unsuccessful entries will have funds returned within 3-5 working days after the raffle has ended.

Delivery and Returns

The purchase of the Item is subject to the HIP Terms and Conditions (www.thehipstore.co.uk/customer-service/terms/) and these Raffle Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the HIP Terms and Conditions and these Raffle Terms and Conditions, these Raffle Terms and Conditions will apply.

Upon receiving valid payment, we will deliver the item in accordance with the delivery method selected by the winner at the checkout. Delivery times will be calculated from the launch date. For more delivery information, please see www.thehipstore.co.uk/customer-service/delivery/.

HIP will not offer a replacement for an Item under any circumstances (including but not limited to non-delivery), this does not affect your statutory rights. If we do not have sufficient stock of the Item, we will notify by you by e-mail or telephone and your credit or debit card transaction will be cancelled or refunded as appropriate. We will aim to do this as soon as possible and by no later than 14 days.

Winners' Responsibilities

It is the winner's responsibility to: (i) complete all stages of the 'How to Enter' section above; (ii) provide accurate contact details; (iii) provide valid proof of age promptly upon request (minimum age 18); (iv) adhere to local laws in the territory in which the winner resides; and (vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the HIP. HIP will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Chance to Purchase.

By ticking the appropriate opt-in box(es) you agree that you will be opted in to receive regular communication from HIP (and its affiliates). HIP will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by HIP (and its affiliates) and to administer the raffle. We may also use your personal data to tell you about HIP's (and HIP affiliates') products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships. Publicity

By taking part in the raffle, entrants agree to participate in publicity at HIP’s request if they are a winner of the raffle. Entrants agree that HIP (or any third party nominated by HIP) may in its sole discretion use their name, image, any relevant video footage of them and comments relating to the raffle and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party).

HIP reserves the right to: (i) withdraw the Chance to Purchase or refuse purchase of the Item if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner; and (ii) blacklist from future raffles any person who enters, or who HIP believes has attempted to enter, the raffle more than once and/or who HIP believes is engaging in, or is found to have engaged in, dishonest or fraudulent activity.
