UK standard delivery is £4 or FREE on all orders £150 and over (Receive in 2-3 working days).
Delivered by DPD. Orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday will usually be dispatched the same day and delivered within 48 hours. Please note orders will not be delivered on a Saturday.
Tracking available on all orders and SMS updates available where a mobile number is provided.
Please allow 1-3 working days before contacting us.
UK next day delivery is £6. Place your order before 4pm Monday - Friday and receive your order the next working day - Please note, we do not deliver on a Saturday. Now includes DPD Precise - Choose your delivery time slot. Provide a mobile number at checkout and you can choose a one hour time slot for delivery by responding to the SMS the night before.
European Orders by DPD International are £11.95.
Rest of the World orders by DPD International are '£14.95
Republic of Ireland Delivery is £6.50.

Please note that deliveries to certain international destinations may not be achievable and your order cancelled if you order contains a large amount of items (particularly footwear). If this is applicable to your order, our customer service team will contact you and discuss your order before processing.

All goods dispatched are fully insured to the total value of the goods.

All products on this site are curated and collected from some of the best brands across the globe, we're extremely confident that you'll be thrilled with your purchase. All orders are packed by hand making sure all items are sent out to you with our high standards in mind.
If you are unhappy for whatever reason we will happily issue a replacement or refund for items purchased online. Please note; all items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of the order, unworn, complete with all original tags/labels, and in original and resalable condition. We do not accept items bought in store returns in to our warehouse, they must be returned to one of our stores.

WHO WILL DELIVER THE PARCEL?
Deliveries will be shipped via DPD or Royal Mail depending on the weight and value. Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Delivery will take 4-10 working days after despatch and a signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up.
This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel, if tracking is available you will receive an email with a tracking link from the courier
ARE THERE EXCEPTIONS TO YOUR DELIVERY SERVICES?
We can deliver Standard Delivery orders to the whole of the UK; however the following postcode areas are excluded from Next Day/Saturday Delivery and will be sent on a Standard Service: BT, GY, IM, IV, JE, KA28, KW11-17, HS, PH32-35, ZE.
Although they are sent to our courier with the request of a Next Day service, we are sorry to say that we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery to business addresses.
