The Hip Store contains both original content and content supplied by the brands we stock. If you run a blog/magazine and want to use our product images or descriptions then do so only if you link back to the page where the content was taken from. The Hip Store retain the right to decline a sale before or after payment has been taken. The Hip Store can not be held to any price shown on the site or any offers or promotions held by us or a third party. If your order is processed but can not be fulfilled due to unavailable stock we will refund your payment. If a promotion code is used that is not applicable to your order or should not be used by the person(s) named on the Shipping or Billing address then we may decline your order after it is accepted. You will be refunded. We retain the right to assert Force Majeur if any unforseeable event takes place that affects our ability to offer a product or service.
Your country will determin any custom charges at point of delivery. All goods despatched are fully insured to the total value of the goods. The Hip Store are not liable for any charges at this point. If you are unsure then please contanct your local customs / tax office.
